The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed former Test cricketer Aizaz Cheema as the head coach of Pakistan Shaheens.
Aizaz will lead the coaching staff which includes Saboor Ahmed (Trainer), Muhammad Asad (Physiotherapist) and Faisal Rai (Team Analyst), Team Manager (to be appointed).
Imran Butt will lead the squad which has the likes of Hussain Talat, Aamir Jamal, Shahnawaz Dahani, Mir Hamza and other notable cricketers.
The Pakistan Shaheens will start their training ahead of the Zimbabwe tour on April 8 in Karachi. The players will undergo 11-day camp until April 18 at Hanif Mohammad High-Performance Center which is located at National Stadium, Karachi.
Butt-led Pakistan Shaheens will travel to Zimbabwe for two four-dayers and six 50-over matches from 3-27 May.
